We love having you in our chair, and we save your time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. A last minute cancellation usually means that time can't be filled, so cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Missing your appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your card on file is only charged if one of these applies. Running late? Please give us a call. We'll always do our best to take care of you, but whether we can still do your service depends on the day's schedule. If we can, your service may be modified to fit the time left. If we can't, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% fee will apply. Life happens, and we understand.
